Data Export & Erasure Procedures

Step-by-step instructions on exporting your complete historical health dataset as standard JSON, or permanently deleting all records.

1-Tap Complete JSON Data Export

You can download an unencrypted, machine-readable JSON file containing your entire health history at any moment directly on your Android phone.

Export Steps:

  1. Open the Satvora AI app.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Account & Data.
  3. Tap Export Personal Data (JSON).
  4. Save the generated file to your local device storage or share securely.

Permanent Account & Data Deletion

We provide separate controls for resetting local preferences versus completely eradicating all historical health records:

Reset Preferences Only:Restores app settings and unit formats to default while preserving your logged food diary history.
Eradicate All Data (Danger Zone):Permanently wipes the on-device SQLite database and deletes all Supabase cloud records. This action cannot be reversed.
