By downloading, installing, accessing, or utilizing the Satvora AI Android application or associated web services provided by Satvora AI Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Informational & Educational Tool Notice

Satvora AI is an informational nutrition tracking and educational tool. It is NOT a medical device, nor does it provide formal clinical diagnosis, medical treatment, or individualized medical dietary therapy.

Always consult a licensed physician, registered dietitian, or certified medical specialist prior to beginning any severe caloric restriction, elimination diet, or rigorous fitness program.

3. AI Estimations & Accuracy Limitations

While Satvora AI leverages multimodal vision neural networks and authoritative scientific datasets (USDA FoodData Central, OpenFoodFacts), AI-generated calorie counts, ingredient detections, and macronutrient breakdowns are mathematical estimations. Actual nutritional content may vary due to cooking techniques, added cooking oils, and brand variations.

4. Allergy & Ingredient Verification

Users with celiac disease, severe food allergies, or metabolic conditions must independently inspect physical packaging labels. Satvora AI cannot guarantee 100% detection of trace allergen cross-contamination.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations

Satvora AI offers Free, Pro, and Max tiers. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play In-App Billing are subject to Google Play Terms of Service. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle through your Google Play account settings.

6. User Accounts & Data Sovereignty

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You retain unconditional ownership of your dietary logs and personal data. You may export your complete data archive as a JSON file or execute permanent record deletion via the in-app Danger Zone at any time.
